Managing Holiday Stress – Part 1

Depression can be deceiving. You can light up a room, but still feel dim inside. What you see on the outside may not be a true indication of what is really going on. Some of us use alcohol or drugs to cope, and of course this vulnerability is exposed during the holidays. Thank you, ABC news, for talking about the challenges of sobriety during the busy holiday season. It’s an important topic and I was honored to be asked to speak about it.
